It had to happen, didn't it? Even Bayern Munich seemed to know it.
Despite finishing top of their Champions League group for the first time in five years, Arsenal will face the German giants for the fourth year out of five in February's last-16 stage.
And upon hearing of the draw, Gunners fans would all have felt a familiar sense of inevitability.
They just knew it was going to happen, because, quite simply, it is all part of being an Arsenal fan.
But knowing who is coming up on the club's Champions League horizon isn't the only thing Gunners fans will see coming.
Because there's also these:
1. You KNOW that, come hell or high water - or five point deficits with three games to go - you will finish above Tottenham in the league
2. You will feel embarrassed when a certain type of Arsenal fan is ousted on social media, because you're not ALL like that
3. Non-Arsenal supporting friends will send you weekly clips from Arsenal Fan TV because it is "typical Arsenal lol"
4. Those same friends will never understand why you're not happy with always finishing in the top four and getting to the second round of the Champions League. They don't know. They never will.
5. You will hear, in equal measure, the phrases "Wenger Out" and "Wenger Knows Best" over the course of a season, often alternating weekly
6. You will think that the side is just one goalkeeper/centre-back/holding midfielder/world class striker away from winning the Premier League
7. You will keep assuming Jack Wilshere is going to live up to his potential, right up until he makes the Bournemouth move a permanent one
But you wouldn't change it for the world, would you?
