Antonio Conte has won the Premier League Manager of the Month award for December.
Conte also won the award in October and November and becomes the first manager to win the prize three times in a spin.
Chelsea opened the month with an excellent victory at The Etihad Stadium as Willian, Diego Costa and Eden Hazard scored.
Talisman Costa was again on target to nail the coffin on West Brom before Cesc Fabregas netted the winner at Sunderland.
Chelsea made it three consecutive 1-0 wins at Crystal Palace, with Bournemouth, then comfortably seen off on Boxing Day.
Stoke ran the Blues close on New Year's Eve but Willian scored a brace in a 4-2 win.
Despite their excellent end to the year, 2017 got off to a disappointing start for the Blues as their unbeaten run came to an halt against Spurs.
They remain top of the Premier League table and five points clear ahead of this weekend's clash at The King Power Stadium.
Meanwhile, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has won the Player of the Month award.
The Swede netted five times for Manchester United last month as they pulled themselves back into the title challenge.
Ibrahimovic found the net in the draw with Everton before netting the winner at Crystal Palace.
He added a brace to see off West Brom before a Boxing Day goal in the win over Sunderland.
The striker missed the midweek EFL Cup success over Hull but is set to return against Liverpool this weekend as United look to make it ten wins in a row in all competitions.
