Arsenal youngster, Ismael Bennacer handed surprise Algeria call up for Africa Cup of Nations

The 19-year-old only made his international debut in September after switching allegiance from France but has been called up after an injury withdrawal

Arsenal youngster Ismael Bennacer has been called up to Algeria' Africa Cup of Nations squad.
He wasn't included in the initial list but an injury to Saphir Taider has seen Bennacer brought in.
Bennacer is a regular with Arsenal's Under-23 side but will play no part for them this month.
He has made one first-team appearance for Arsenal as a substitute in last season's loss to Sheffield Wednesday.
Algeria get their campaign underway against Zimbabwe on Sunday.
They also play against Tunisia and Senegal in Group B and are among the favourites for the tournament.
Leicester pair, Riyad Mahrez and Islam Slimani are also in the squad, along with Watford midfielder Adlene Guedioura.
