Blues manager, Antonio Conte has picked up the manager of the month award for the second time this season, with Diego Costa winning the player of the month award for November.
The Italian has led Chelsea to the top of the Premier League table and was perfect during November, beating Everton, Middlesbrough and Tottenham.
Costa succeeds Eden Hazard to claim the player of the month after inspiring the Blues' attack with two goals and two assists in that run.
Pedro won the goal of the month award for his fine effort against Tottenham.
It caps an incredible start to life at Stamford Bridge for the former Juventus and Italy boss, who welcomed his former player, Andrea Pirlo to the training ground on Friday.
"He was only here to see me. He is still able to do a good training session," Conte said.
"I'm pleased for this visit. Andrea was my player for three years [at Juve] & we won together."
Chelsea face off with West Brom this weekend looking to win their ninth consecutive league games.
